Advanced e-Commerce program for NSW
BACK BIGGER AND BETTER: 2022 NSW ADVANCED E-COMMERCE PROGRAM
Building on the 2021 NSW e-Commerce program, and acknowledging the fast-moving nature of online business, Investment NSW is now offering NSW businesses the opportunity to participate in advanced e-commerce program for companies serious about engaging in cross-border e-commerce.
Investment NSW, with the support of the Global Trade Professionals Alliance (GTPA), have created a brand-new transformative capability development program for NSW businesses:
The program is uniquely experiential and engaging, and includes:
- 12 Advanced e-Commerce live online webinars: webinar-based training, providing capability and knowledge growth in specific subject areas.
- Introductory e-Commerce recorded online webinars: access the NSW portal from the 2021 training program and access the recordings, PPT, research material and other useful resources for those starting their e-Commerce journey.
- Business e-Commerce readiness assessment: For those NSW business that did not access the program last year you can conduct a rapid eCommerce readiness self-assessment.
- Ongoing technical support: throughout the program, the GTPA will be available to provide technical support online for participants.
The online delivery model and portal will give access to a wide range of NSW companies, including those in regional areas and since all webinars will be recorded, businesses will be able to access these resources even if they’re unable to attend live sessions through the ever-growing portal.

You are still eligible to apply and participate. We do recommend that in your spare time you review the NSW portal and catch up on any content that you might need a quick refresher.
