GTPA invites global providers of trade training, events, conferences, and publications to participate in the GTPA global ecosystem

The GTP Programme, launched in Argentina on the 12th December by the Hon Steven Ciobo MP, Minister for Trade, Tourism, and Investment- Australia is a brand-new initiative based on the internationally accepted requirements for person certification under ISO/IEC 17024, and has been designed to address the need for a global program that recognises and certifies global trade professionals across national boundaries.

The Programme facilitates the recognition of competent global trade professionals and provides a basis for trust amongst those engaged in global trade.

CPD provides globally recognised pathways for learning, skills development, and professional growth and as GTPA is an umbrella organisation connecting ecosystems to existing providers, GTPA is calling for providers of trade related short courses, online courses, events, publications, research, and reports so that GTPA can provide a pathway globally to provide practical solutions for individuals looking for activity to maintain their CPD.

Lisa McAuley’s final call to action was to say, “Organisations that have the potential to deliver solutions that can assist a GTP to maintain their ongoing professional development should contact the GTPA via our website: www.gtpalliance.com and enquire about how they can list their various activities.”
